Step One: Admissions Paperwork


Below is a list of the required admissions paperwork. All these items must be received by the admissions office before an interview will be scheduled.

Part A

  • Application for Admission
  • Statement of Faith
  • Medical Information
  • Applicant Questionnaire – Grades 7-12
  • Student Record Release Application
  • Church Reference Form

Part B

  • Copy of previous years behavioral records
  • Copy of most recent standardized test scores
  • Most recent progress reports from current school
  • Family Contract
  • On-Site Placement test – 1 hour assessment of academic levels in Mathematics and English ($50 fee)

Step Two: Family Interview


An appointment will be scheduled for the parents to meet with the Admissions Office, as well as for the student(s) to meet with the appropriate administrator. The purpose of this meeting will be to review the registration information, allow students an opportunity to share about themselves, and assist parents and students in answering any questions that they may have about the school.

Step Three: Review


  • Your child’s application will be prayerfully considered.
  • The Admissions Office will notify you and place your child in the appropriate grade if all admissions requirements are meet.
  • If there is no available space in the appropriate grade level, you will be placed on a waiting list pending availability.

Step Four: Documents & Fees


In order to complete the enrollment process, we must receive the following documents and fees:

  • Certificate of immunization form
  • Registration fee
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Social Security Card
